Joyda UK Racing Leathers were established in 1978

We are a friendly family firm that has customers all over the country. Joyda was started by a husband a wife team Joyce and Dave hence JOYDA, some of you may remember our bicycle clothing back in the eighties.                                                                    

In April 1998 aged 18 Joyda was joined by there daughter Nicki who brought in the specialist lettering and cartoon characters, Nicki is a keen biker herself she has owned a XJR1300,600 Bandit and a XT660X, and a Z1000, and now on the look out for a aprilia tuneo,So she knows what the customer wants with regards to motorcycle leather alterations and repairs.

We specialise in leathers made to measure, repairs, alterations, specialist lettering, logo's, cartoon characters, badges, speed humps zips replaced, relines, body armour, leather treatment and leathers cleaned. Our main concern is when our customer goes out our shop that there safe and that there happy with the job

With a quick turnaround and work guaranteed you know with us it will be a job well done. Our leathers are made here on our premises and carry a full back up for all alterations and repairs, also we will alterations and repairs can be done to your own leathers any make with a quick turn around
A customer recently brought a leather racing suit in to Joyda for alteration. The suit was made of 88 individual pieces sown together; in an accident this would be very unsafe for the motorcyclist!

We have also had leathers brought in with repairs done by other companies, some of them sewn with domestic cotton instead of the heavy duty industrial cotton. This again is very dangerous in the event of an accident
